Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days from initial purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues. We do not issue refunds on any products if they have been opened or used.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the incorrect item was received by the customer – if you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be in touch with.
Should a return/exchange be actioned, courier costs will not be reimbursed – the customer is responsible for courier fees associated with the return of an item, and we are not liable for any items lost in transit. If an item is lost in transit, a refund will not be issued. If the returned item is not returned in a satisfactory manner, a refund will not be issues.
General product disclaimer: some settling / separation may occur in natural products, shake/remix where applicable. All of our products are handmade, so there may occasionally be slight variations between batches which can mean subtle differences in appearance, scent and viscosity – these minor irregularities have no bearing on the quality of the products. As with any skincare product, if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Customers with sensitive skin are advised to perform a test patch before using a new product for the first time, and if you have any medical concerns relating to products that contain essential oils (particularly if you are pregnant or have a preexisting condition), please consult a healthcare professional before making your purchase.
