Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 30 days from initial purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues. We do not issue refunds on any products if they have been opened or used.
Return costs will not be reimbursed – the customer is responsible for courier/postage costs associated with the return of an item, and we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the incorrect item was received by the customer – if you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll be in touch with.
